Tanzania Commercial Cattle Society brings together organizations and qualified individuals who have a common interest in driving the development of a number of strong national livestock value chains.
Between us, we identify the most common challenges the livestock farming community is facing. We address those through constructive dialogue with Government institutions and other stakeholders. Taking into account country specific factors, we strive to build a climate smart livestock sector that will offer fair returns to its producer whilst positioning ourselves competitively on the African and World market stage.

Advocacy
The society is used by its members to channel all challenges in the value chain to the relevant bodies. It aims to influence regulatory reforms to aid the growth of the livestock sector
Information Sharing Platform
Members of the society are afforded with a reliable platform to communicate with each other through newsletters, emails and other forms of communication
Small Holders Empowerment
Small holder farmers play a big role in the society in achieving its vision, and therefore members committs themseves to improve the lives of small holder farmers.
Capacity Building
The society shares knowledge and experience with other members, but more importantly, the general public through various annual livestock shows, seminars and workshops.
Sustainability
Making sure our sector develops into a socially, economically and environmentally sustainable industry.
